Dawn Turner, owner of Cozy Nest, is a third-generation Floridian and resident of Mount Dora. After twenty-five years of successfully owning and operating a local beauty salon and spa, she decided to sell the business and take time to focus on herself and her husband, Tom.  Five years later she decided it was time to get back to work. 

 

When The Cozy Nest, Dawn’s favorite shop in downtown Mount Dora, came up for sale she jumped at the chance to buy it. “I have always been drawn to pretty things and things that make people smile”, she says.  That’s why when you walk into her store you will grin, smile, laugh out loud and maybe even shed a tear at all the gifts now available at The Cozy Nest.
